FoC Update
Disco
We hope everyone enjoyed the disco last week. As always it was a joy to be involved in and to see the pleasure on the childrens' faces. I can confirm they were all extremely polite!
Huge thanks to the parent volunteers who helped out and to the teachers, led by Mrs Webb - who has hopefully now dried out after being a barrier to the snow sprayed out by the DJ!
The Year 6 VIP area worked out well again (which is funded separately by the Year 6 parents) so we are hoping this can become a tradition. It's a lovely way to engage the Year 6 pupils who suddenly look so grown up!
Hunt's Book Sale
FoC volunteers have thoroughly enjoyed helping out with the Hunt's book fair this week. It's lovely to see the children enjoying the books (and the bookmarks!).
Replacement Chair
As outlined by Mr Thackway in his communication last week myself and Laura (the Deputy Chair) complete our two year term at the end of this school year. We have loved the experience and it has been a real privilege. If anyone is interested and would like to talk more about what the role entails we are both happy to do so.
