COVID-19

Living With Covid And Home Learning

The access to our curriculum has returned to the pre-pandemic 'normal'. As of 1 April 2022, it is no longer a requirement to self-test and there is no legal requirement or guidance to self-isolate after a positive test or close contact.

In short, this means that if your child is asymptomatic, they should come to school as normal. If your child is poorly in any way they should recuperate at home, as always. In either case, there is no need to test for COVID.

Crescent staff have prided themselves on the standard of 'Home Learning' that has been provided and accessed over the last two years, but as a result of the government's roadmap of 'Living With Covid', this has now come to an end and we will not be providing this as we move forward. If guidelines change, then this strategy will be updated accordingly.

Thank you for all your support as a family through this extraordinary time.
