Flu Vaccination For Children In Reception And Years 1,2,3, 4 and 5 - Reminder
A reminder to please return the completed blue Flu vaccination consent form, which were sent home last Friday, by Monday 24 September 2018.
Forms need to be returned even if you do not consent to the vaccination for your child.
