FoC - Mothers Day
Friends of Crescent are offering the opportunity for mums to have a delicious continental breakfast bought to them in bed!
We will providing a selection of items for the children to serve on Mothers Day morning. The price for 1 box is £5 and you can order more than one for other important members of the family.
Please complete the below form, deadline for completion is today, Friday 11 March, so that we have enough time to prepare your special treat.

We no longer accept cheques, if payment is made by cash please place in a sealed envelope CLEARLY marked with child's full name and class.
Please note by completing the form you are sharing your data with the FoC, Crescent School does not have access to this form/data.
