Alex told us:
I am making a cake to take to my Great Grandparents because my Grandma has Dementia and is feeling confused about lockdown. This will make them happy.

When they were clapping for carers last night, Lilah and her family noticed an old lady across the road clapping by herself. Lilah and Hermione waved at her and decided to make her a card today. She enjoyed drawing a picture of her family and writing inside.

Lewis has been entertaining his Granny while they are not able to meet. He’s always loved a quiz and over the last few weeks he FaceTimes Granny regularly and they quiz together. They both learn something new most days!

Kai's Mum sent in a photo of what Kai has been doing this week:
"Inspired by his lovely friend Ro, and of course all of the hard work the NHS are doing, Kai decided he also wanted to raise some money to help the NHS charities, so he decided to to do a sponsored silence. It was a win win situation; 7 and a half hours of peaceful bliss for us, and £77 raised for the charities."
Well done Kai - we wonder if it was hard to stay quiet for that long!
Taran in Reception’s attends ASH Stage Production, a youth theatre company. Their group of early years kids put together a little video of children singing to say Thank You to all the key workers.
Taran's family said: "We would like to say A Massive Thank You to the school and to all the teachers and staff at Crescent who have been so supportive since the day Taran started school and have done an amazing job during these crucial and testing times."
And thank you to Taran too, it was lovely to receive your song.
